BeastMr
Subscribe Subscribed 1Jimmy Donaldson (born May 7, 1998) is an American YouTuber, entrepreneur, and philanthropist best known online as BeastMr. He is known for creating a subculture of YouTube videos that features costly stunts. He is also one of the co-founders of Team Trees, a campaign for trees planting that has collected more than $72 million. Night Media, a talent marketing firm headquartered in Dallas, represents him.
Donaldson started uploading videos to YouTube in early 2012, at the age of 13, under the username “BeastMr6000,” with videos ranging from Let’s Plays to “videos estimating the fortunes of other YouTubers.”
He went viral in 2017 after his “counting to 100,000” video received tens of thousands of views in a matter of days, and he has grown in popularity ever since, with many of his videos receiving tens of millions of views. His production style evolved over time to involve expensive challenge videos that reward thousands of dollars, fundraising videos containing large sums of money, videos involving arduous challenges or survival, and traditional vlogging videos. As his channel grew in popularity, Donaldson recruited many childhood friends to help him manage the rising brand. BeastMr now has a staff of over 30 members!
Aside from his primary YouTube channel, Donaldson has many other channels, including BeastMr Shorts and BeastMr Gaming, the latter of which has over 10 million viewers in less than a year. Donaldson has more than 100 million total subscribers across his seven channels, with 13.1 billion combined views across six of these channels (because one of them has no uploads!).
